These Terms of Service govern your use of Secret Solitaire's website, showroom services, consultations, and purchases. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Secret Solitaire LLP, GSTIN 27AFGFS9557P1ZV, which operates this website and trades under the Secret Solitaire name.

These Terms should be read with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any product-specific or order-specific terms shown before payment.

By using the website, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you act for another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.

We aim to present jewellery, lab-grown diamonds, metals, dimensions, weights, certification details, colours, and availability accurately. Images may appear differently because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and the natural or production variations of individual pieces.

Measurements and weights may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Product availability can change before an order is accepted. Certification and hallmark information supplied with a piece forms part of its product documentation.

• Website prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
• Product-page prices exclude 3% GST.
• GST is added and shown separately in the cart before payment.
• The checkout shows the product subtotal, applicable GST, delivery charge or waiver, and total payable before the payment window opens.

We may correct an obvious pricing, tax, or description error before dispatch. If an accepted order is affected, we will offer you the corrected terms or cancel and refund the affected payment.

Adding a piece to your bag does not reserve it. Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully captured and we issue or record an order confirmation, unless we agree another payment arrangement in writing.

We may decline or cancel an order for genuine stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, legal, delivery, or product-description reasons. Any captured amount for a cancelled order will be refunded as required.

Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Payment methods shown in the secure payment window are subject to Razorpay, your bank, card network, UPI provider, wallet, or other payment partner. We do not store full card, bank-account, CVV, or UPI authentication credentials on our own servers.

A payment is complete only when it is captured and verified. A pending, failed, or merely authorised payment does not by itself confirm an order. Contact us with the payment reference if your account is debited but you do not receive confirmation.

Delivery within India is currently complimentary on website orders. The cart may show the usual ₹250 delivery charge crossed out and replaced by "Free". We may change or withdraw this waiver for future orders, but the delivery charge shown before you pay will apply to that order.

International delivery is available by arrangement and may involve shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, identity checks, and import requirements payable by the recipient. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing.

We do not offer an automatic change-of-mind return period unless one is expressly stated for the piece or agreed in writing. You may request cancellation before dispatch, but cancellation may no longer be possible once sourcing, sizing, engraving, alteration, or production has begun.

Bespoke, personalised, engraved, resized, and altered pieces are made or changed for you and ordinarily cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit your rights where a product is defective, deficient, spurious, materially different from what was agreed or advertised, or delivered late in circumstances where applicable law requires a remedy.

Contact us promptly with your order reference, photographs, and a clear description of the issue. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where practicable. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply.

Bespoke work may involve a brief, sketches, CAD renders, stone selection, sizing, quotations, approvals, and staged payments. The final scope, estimated timeline, price, and payment schedule are those recorded in your written quotation or order confirmation.

You are responsible for checking names, dates, sizes, engravings, and design approvals before production. Changes after approval may affect price and timing and may not always be possible.

Secret Solitaire pieces are eligible for lifetime buyback at a deduction of 25% against applicable current market rates, subject to verification and valuation of the piece. Contact us for the valuation and terms that apply at the time of a buyback request.

Resizing is complimentary unless additional gold is required. Lifetime polish and warranty services are offered for Secret Solitaire pieces; the work required and any non-covered material or repair cost will be confirmed after inspection and before chargeable work begins.

You must not:

• Use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person
• Interfere with security, payment, availability, or site operation
• Attempt unauthorised access, scraping, probing, or automated checkout
• Submit false contact, payment, identity, or delivery information
• Copy or commercially exploit our content without permission

The website, brand, logos, jewellery imagery, designs, text, video, graphics, and arrangement of content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership right is transferred by browsing, downloading, enquiring, or purchasing a piece.

The site uses or links to services such as Razorpay, Shopify, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, banks, and delivery providers. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We remain responsible for our obligations to you under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed. Our liability is not excluded where exclusion would be unlawful, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Include your order or payment reference and a clear description of the issue.

We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month, subject to the nature of the complaint and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other statutory jurisdiction, courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra may hear disputes. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, commercial practices, or law. The version and last-updated date identify the terms in force. The terms accepted when you place an order continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
